Standard Bar Package

Our most popular option – perfect for weddings, parties, and special events.

With our Standard Package, we provide everything you need for a hassle-free bar experience. This includes:

• A fully stocked mobile bar

• Professional, friendly staff

• All necessary bar equipment

• Licence application and approval (where required)

Your guests simply pay for their drinks at the bar – just like they would at a regular venue. Once the event is over, we take care of the clear-up, including rubbish removal, so you're left with no mess and no stress.

All we need from you:

• A suitable space for the bar

Pricing varies depending on factors like guest numbers, location, bar duration, and any extras you may require. Get in touch for a personalised quote.

Silver Package

A great-value option that's especially popular for weddings and formal events.

Our Silver Package includes everything you need to keep your guests refreshed throughout the day:

• Welcome Drink on arrival – choice of beer, lager, cider, fruit juice, fizzy drink, or water

• Wine on the Table – a curated selection of red, white, and rosé, served at the tables (equivalent 1 bottle per 3 guest)

• Still & Sparkling Water – jugs provided for each table

• Prosecco Toast – one glass of prosecco per guest, poured and served just before the speeches

In addition, a fully stocked pay bar will be open for the duration of your event, so guests can purchase extra drinks as they please.

This package offers a perfect balance of hosted hospitality and guest flexibility – ideal for wedding receptions and special celebrations.

£15 per Guest

Gold Package

Our Gold Package includes everything you need to keep your guests refreshed throughout the day:

• Welcome Drink on arrival – choice of beer, lager, cider, fruit juice, fizzy drink, or water

• Wine on the Table – a curated selection of red, white, and rosé, served at the tables (equivalent to 1 bottle 3 per guest)

• Still & Sparkling Water – jugs provided for each table

• Prosecco Toast – one glass of prosecco per guest, poured and served just before the speeches

In addition, a fully stocked pay bar will be open for the duration of your event, so guests can purchase extra drinks At Half Price as they please.

This package offers a perfect balance of hosted hospitality and guest flexibility – ideal for wedding receptions and special celebrations.
