At this stage, we’ll provide you with an initial estimate based on the information you share. This gives you a clear starting point with no surprises.

Next, we’ll arrange a convenient time to meet—either in person or via video call—whichever works best for you.

During this consultation, we’ll:

  • Get a clear understanding of the vision and vibe you're aiming for

  • Talk through bar setup options, drink choices, and service style

  • Identify any additional needs or preferences

  • Work out the details and provide you with a final, all-in price based on your specific event

Then we’ll leave it with you.
There’s absolutely no pressure and no hard sell. If you decide it’s not for you, that’s completely fine—we won’t chase or follow up unless you ask us to.
